A simple and tasty recipe: pasta with foie gras

200 grams of pasta
For the foie gras sauce:
1 stick of butter
100 grams of goose liver block
10 centiliters of crème fraîche
salt and pepper
Cook the pasta according to package directions in a pot of boiling water, drain and set aside.
Prepare the foie gras sauce:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the chopped shallot in it.
Add the whipping cream until it reaches boiling point, then reduce the heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the diced foie gras (save some to sprinkle on the plates when serving) and stir until melted and mixed with the cream.
Serve the pasta on the plates, add the foie gras sauce and then the diced foie gras, mix and adjust seasoning if necessary.
