Ever since Foie Gras Gourmet’s creation, our whole raison d’être has been to offer the very best French foie gras.
We offer only quality foie gras made by producers in South-Western France, complying with IGP, Oie du Perigord or Label Rouge quality standards and which, for some, have won awards in the most prestigious competitions, such as at the Concours Général Agricole of Paris.
Foie gras is a unique speciality of French gastronomy, the favourite dish of French people that epitomises the French savoir-vivre, whether at family celebrations or when entertaining friends! Simply served on warm toast or in a salad, foie gras enhances any meal.
All our duck and goose foies gras, blocks and whole foies gras have been traditionally prepared by French culinary experts who promote small producers (family businesses and cooperatives), for whom quality and authenticity are paramount.

HOW IT WORKS
Every delivery’s carbon footprint is calculated based on weight, shipping method, and distance traveled. We neutralize these emissions by purchasing verified carbon removal credits from groundbreaking projects. When you add a contribution to your order, 100% of that money is used to pay for additional carbon removal.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
With your purchase, you’ll join a community of proactive merchants and customers dedicated to a sustainable future. Together, we've removed emissions for over 87 million deliveries and removed over 60 thousand tonnes of carbon.
