Foie Gras Gourmet was initially a site dedicated solely to foies gras. It is our raison d'être, and our pride to offer you the best foies gras from the southwest of France.

After many messages from our customers asking us to add specialties from the South West, we finally decided that we could indeed offer some additional products.

We thought about it, tested a lot of products with our friends who are experts in French gastronomy, and now we offer you cassoulet, duck confit and gizzards: the must-have gastronomy of the South West.
