Each foie gras was blind-tasted to select the best from southwest France
This gift box is ideal for discovering the authenticity and quality of our Duck foie gras, which are very different from the standardized-tasting foie gras found in supermarkets.
The IGP Foie Gras from Southwest France establishes certain criteria and quality standards that producers must meet in order to use this designation on their products. These criteria include aspects related to the ducks’ diet, farming methods, foie gras processing, and other important factors that ensure its quality and authenticity.
