Whole goose foie gras is a delight for the taste buds
The most widely consumed by the French is Duck foie gras. However, every day, more and more people dare to indulge in this luxury and try delicious goose foie gras, because its flavor is milder and more delicate, and it lingers longer on the palate.
The geese are free-range raised on family farms in southwestern France. The rearing period is long, and the geese require a great deal of attention from the farmers and a high-quality diet. The geese are primarily fed on the grass they peck in the fields, along with cereals, particularly corn from southwestern France.
Proudly produced foie gras from the Landes region of France
Foie Gras Gourmet goose foie gras comes from geese born and raised in France (the Landes grey goose differs from the Hungarian goose), by farmers passionate about quality and complying with very precise production conditions, in order to stand out from standard-quality products.
Foie Gras Gourmet is committed to artisanally producing goose foie gras 100% sourced from southwestern France, meeting demanding standards that combine dignified, animal-friendly farming with fair remuneration for farmers.

Tasting advice
- This product is perfect for a family Christmas meal. As a standalone appetizer, we suggest two slices per guest, approximately 50 g, ideally accompanied by a glass of sweet white wine or light champagne.
- Enjoy the foie gras with pieces of truffle; your guests will be delighted.
- We recommend always keeping one or two jars of foie gras in the refrigerator, in case you have unexpected guests.
- Foie gras should be sliced delicately with a very thin knife blade, without serrations. Between each slice, you can run the knife blade under hot water, wiping it between slices. If you are a perfectionist, you can use a butter-cutting wire.
- 320 grams is enough for an appetizer for 5 to 6 people.
