The summer truffle and white balsamic flavor pearls are small gelled spheres (coated with alginate: derived from Kombu seaweed) containing an intensely truffle-flavored liquid center. They will enhance your foie gras, cheeses, carpaccios or culinary creations by adding a refined touch and a surprising explosion of flavors in the mouth.
