The flavor pearls with balsamic vinegar are small gelled spheres (coated with alginate: derived from Kombu seaweed) containing a surprising liquid center. They will add an original touch to your foie gras and provide an unexpected explosion of flavors in the mouth.

Production: Pasteurized, based on balsamic vinegar.

Storage: At room temperature.

Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar 70% (wine vinegar, grape must), water; thickener: cellulose gum; gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate; preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains sulfites.
