Maison Espinet Duck Foie Gras, a Natural and Balanced Taste
A whole IGP duck foie gras (Protected Geographical Indication), an official guarantee of origin and quality. The Périgord IGP is a European label that enables consumers to choose, with complete transparency and confidence, foie gras whose geographical origin and quality are guaranteed.
The ducks are raised in Périgord near the canning facilities, making it easier for external organizations to carry out frequent quality checks to ensure compliance with the specifications (impeccable hygiene at the rearing and production facilities, traceability, large areas of freedom for the ducks).
Espinet, Périgord’s Premier Foie Gras Ambassador
