Foie gras tasting tips

Quantities of foie gras to plan per person

• As a starter, for foie gras served on a plate: plan 50 to 80 g per person.
• As an aperitif or appetizer: count 20 to 50 g perperson.

Storage

• The product's expiration date is printed on the back of the glass jar. This product can be stored for several years in a cool, dry place (between 10 and 15°C). Once opened, the foie gras can be kept for several days in the refrigerator. Just close it again and keep it in the refrigerator.

It is not common but in case one of the foies gras is out of stock, we commit to replacing it with another and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with the exchange.
