Storing foie gras

• The product's use-by date is printed on the back of the glass jar or can. This foie gras can be stored for several years in a cool, dry place (between 10 and 15°C). Once opened, foie gras can be kept in the refrigerator for several days. If it is in a can, it must be placed on a plate covered with plastic wrap. For foie gras presented in a glass jar, simply close the jar and store it in the refrigerator.
