Storage of foie gras

• The expiration date of the product is written on the back of the glass jar or the tin can. This foie gras can be kept for several years in a cool, dry place (between 10 and 15°C). Once opened, foie gras keeps for several days in the refrigerator. If it is in a tin, it must be placed on a plate covered with plastic wrap. For foie gras presented in a glass jar, simply close it and keep it in the refrigerator.

This is uncommon but in case one of the foie gras is out of stock, we commit to replacing it with another and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with the exchange.
