How much foie gras to plan for per person
- As a starter, for foie gras served on a plate: allow 50 to 80 g per person.
- As an aperitif or amuse-bouche: allow 20 to 50 g per person.

- The goose foie gras block is ideal served in thin slices on fresh or toasted bread, accompanied by a pinch of sea salt or a little fig jam to enhance its flavor. You can also serve it with fresh fruit such as pears or apples.

Storage
Lhe product's use-by date is printed on the back of the glass jar or tin. This product can be stored for several years in a cool, dry place (between 10 and 15 °C). Once opened, foie gras can be kept in the refrigerator for several days. If it is canned, it should be placed on a plate covered with plastic wrap. For foie gras presented in a glass jar, simply close the jar and store it in the refrigerator.
