This foie gras is a refined gift, a symbol of quality.
This foie gras is a refined gift, ideal for special occasions such as Christmas or birthdays. A symbol of elegance and French gastronomy, it enhances every moment.
While Duck foie gras is the most common, goose foie gras stands out for its smooth texture and lingering flavor. From southwestern France, it comes from family farms that comply with strict standards, guaranteeing exceptional quality.
Natural, artisanally produced foie gras
Because production costs are higher than those of Duck foie gras, la large majority of the goose foie gras sold in France actually comes from geese raised in Eastern European countries. Only the canning is carried out in France.
By contrast, Foie Gras Gourmet goose foie gras comes from geese born and raised in France (the Landes gray goose differs from the Hungarian goose) by farmers passionate about quality who comply with very precise production conditions, aimed at standing apart from standard-quality products.
Foie Gras Gourmet is committed to artisanally producing goose foie gras that is 100% sourced from southwestern France, meeting demanding criteria that combine dignified farming with animal-friendly practices and fair remuneration for farmers.
Flavor of whole goose foie gras
Goose foie gras has a more refined, subtler flavor with a longer finish, making it a prestigious starter, highly appreciated at festive tables and by true connoisseurs of French gastronomy.
